Welcome to EliteWay Travels. By booking a travel package with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

These terms govern the provision of all travel and hospitality services provided by EliteWay Travels, operating under InfoSys Solutions.

2. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received by the date specified in your invoice. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your itinerary.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid pascorporate, visas, and any required travel documentation for entry into the United States, Canada, or Mexico. EliteWay Travels is not responsible for any client denied entry at international borders.

4. Limitation of Liability

EliteWay Travels shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, or irregularity which may be caused by any defect in any vehicle, or through the acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying the passenger or carrying out the arrangements of the tour.
