Itinerary & Document Delivery

EliteWay Travels is committed to ensuring you receive all necessary travel documentation well in advance of your departure.

1. Digital Delivery

All travel itineraries, hotel confirmation numbers, transport vouchers, and digital hospitality passes will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking.

• Initial Confirmation: Sent within 48 hours of your deposit payment.
• Final Travel Packet: Your comprehensive digital travel packet will be emailed to you no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

2. Physical Welcome Packets

For our premium VIP packages, a physical welcome packet containing exclusive merchandise, physical hospitality lanyards, and printed itineraries may be provided. These packets are strictly delivered in-person upon arrival at your designated host hotel by our local concierge team. We do not mail physical packets internationally to avoid loss or delay.

3. On-Site Support

Your digital travel packet will include a 24/7 contact number for our on-site concierge team. Should you have any issues accessing your digital documents or locating your transport, our team is always available to assist.
